How will I know when my car has arrived and who my driver is?

Your uniformed driver (suit and tie) will be holding a sign with your name, which will make it easier for you to find him. The “meet and greet” is a welcoming addition to our service in unfamiliar airports or after long flights.

How far in advance do I have to make my reservation?

In most cases we recommend to make your reservation at least a week in advance. In some cases we are able to take reservations 4 hours in advance, but for best vehicle selection and availability we recommend reserving your trip as soon as possible. For weddings, large events and proms it is common to reserve a vehicle 5 weeks in advance.

Will I be billed for my waiting time?

Our customers are privileged to free waiting time for airport transfers. Our operators checking all flights ETA’s (for delays or earlier arrivals). Wait time starts when airplane arrives at the airport. We offer 30 minutes free for domestic flights and 45 minutes free for international flights.

If I need to cancel a reservation, what are the requirements?

You must notify us of cancellation in written form via fax or email. Follow up via phone is required in case cancellation confirmation is not received within 2 hours. There is no cancellation fee if the cancellation is made within the cancellation term stated in your contract. Late cancellations will result in a full charge to your account. For airport transfers cancellations and changes must be completed over the phone at least 4 hours in advance.

What if I am unable to arrive in time for a reservation “No Show”?

ALL “no shows” will be charged at full rate.

1. Call customer service line in the event you don’t see your driver.

2. Call customer service line or email in the event your plans or flight have changed.

What is your billing procedure and credit card processing?

Your credit card will be billed on the actual day of the trip. However, we do require valid credit card to complete your reservation. Credit cards are validated/pre-authorized before vehicle is dispatched. Pre-payments can be arranged for relatives or friends of the traveler.

On some jobs we require to pay advance deposits and on some jobs we require to pay full payments on the time of reservation

What type of vehicles can I be expecting?

Luxury Sedans are either Mercedes or Lincoln Town cars available in dark and light colors.

Stretch Limousines – new models of Lincoln town cars, SUV limousines and Hummers are available in black and white colors. Limousines come equipped with TV, DVD/VCR and CD/MP3 Player. Stocked bar includes bottle water, ice, napkins and glasses.

Luxury Vans – for all airport pickups can accommodate up to 10 passengers plus their luggage. For sightseeing or other than airport transit, the vans can accommodate up to 14 passengers.

SUVs and Mini Vans – accommodate up to 6 passengers or up to 4 passengers and 6 suitcases.
